OWN IT.
We are responsible for our decisions and actions and stand ready to justify them always.
TRUST:
EARN IT.
Our relationships are built on reliability. Our word is our bond, without excuses or compromises.
LEADING THE WAY
THE MATCON STORY
In 2002 the Mateos, father and son, embarked on a journey that would lead to what we know as Matcon today. It was founded on principles like integrity, professionalism and, above all, uncompromising quality.
The lion was the natural icon for the company: an undisputed leader and symbol of elegance and respect. It is also a symbol of the zodiac that represents creativity, passion and the use of one’s mind to solve the most vexing issues.
Today, 20 years later, the father and son partners have the support of a formidable team of more than 100, with offices in Florida and Georgia, and Matcon is growing like never before.
To place people and the environment first.
To efficiently build spaces that inspire, while creating opportunity for our team as well as our community.
To maintain the highest levels of professionalism, accountability, honesty and fairness in all our relationships.
To lead with passion, purpose and performance.
A focus on the community and the less fortunate keeps us humble and reminds us of how blessed we are. We partner with numerous charities and minority organizations to share our bounty with those in need of a neighbor’s compassion.
“It is through generous and thoughtful donations from companies such as Matcon which allow our organization to continue to support and serve the Tampa community.”
Mark Rios, VP of Real Estate Development, Metropolitan Ministries, Inc.
