“Bunny Build” at Dunbar Elementary
The Matcon team took some time out of their busy schedule to create better living conditions for some very special residents at Tampa’s Dunbar Elementary School: Stomper, Clover and 4 other pet rabbits the students care for. Gabriel, a.k.a. the Bunny Co. CEO, explained that the previous accommodations needed improvement, and that the rabbits occasionally escaped, sometimes never to be found. When Derek Mateos, President and CEO of Matcon, heard about the situation, he decided to do something about it. He sent a crew and materials to the school to build the bunnies a new pen, to keep them safe and secure.
